Developing my techniques has taken me a long time, but I'm always learning, discovering, and evolving with new materials and subject matter. For example, unusual and unexplained behavior in nature (such as schooling fish, a flock of birds, or a swarm of locusts) intrigues me. There's something mysterious and magical about a massive school of fish swirling in the ocean, creating beautiful structures and bright reflective colors, and doing it perfectly in sync. Rather than being drawn to one genre; I focus more on the idea of something interesting; How can I create a visual experience which coincides with my perspective that will be aesthetically or emotionally beautiful and thought-provoking?
